Howard R. Green Company provided planning and design services for the upgrade of this 2.35 MGD plant. The new plant design incorporated the following features:

Services Included:
		Accommodation for more stringent effluent limits with the reissued NPDES permit including phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen limits.
		Industrial flow and load increases and their impact on WWTP operations.
		Disinfection alternatives that eliminate the need for chlorine gas and corresponding safety regulations.
		New solids processes to replace the existing aerobic digester and sludge drying beds. Develop recommendation for Class A biosolids alternative to incorporate in the future.
		Recommendation on new rate structure necessary to pay for improvements.
