Mike was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer on April 6, 2009. He has been with GCI/HR Green since 1990 and has served as CFO since 1993. A member of the board of directors since 1996, Daniel has also served as the President of GovPartner – an affiliate of GCI since 2004. Daniel is a Certified Professional Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Iowa. Daniel will continue as Chief Financial Officer, and as President of GovPartner, an affiliate of GCI. |

Richard L. White, P.E.

Rick was appointed as Howard R. Green Company's President on August 1, 2008 – only the 5th president in the company's 95 year history. He has been with the company since 1996 and has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) since January 2007. He is also a member of the board of directors of Green Companies, Inc. Prior to his role as COO of Howard R. Green Company, he was the company's Transportation Business Unit Leader and served as Senior Project Manager on major transportation infrastructure projects with a focus on State Departments of Transportation led projects. White is a registered professional engineer (P.E.) and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University. |

R. Dan Lovett, P.E.

Dan has been involved with many of HR Green's major waterworks projects, which have included supply, treatment, storage and distribution projects. Dan has been involved in the design of several innovative water treatment facilities from the preliminary planning stages through design and startup. He currently serves as the company’s Vice President of Quality and is responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s project execution and quality control processes. |

Mike leads Howard R. Green Company's Environmental Business Unit and is knowledgeable in a host of environmental services that fall within the realm of environmental planning, investigation and cleanup, and compliance. He is a National Environmental Policy Act expert having worked on environmental impact statements and environmental assessments for the duration of his career for over ten different Federal agencies. Mike has also been acknowledged in the Midwest for his expertise in brownfields redevelopment in Iowa communities. His compliance expertise for both government and private sector includes both EPA as well as OSHA-related regulatory matters with considerable Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) experience. Mike has presented technical discussions on environmental topics to The National Association of Environmental Professionals, American Water Works Association, Iowa Rural Water Association, Upper Midwest American Planning Association, North American Housing and Redevelopment Organization, Great Plains/Rocky Mountain Hazardous Substance Research Center, Environmental Professionals of Iowa, Council for Urban and Economic Development and National EPA Brownfield Conference. |

Steve leads Howard R. Green Company’s Buildings Business Unit. He is responsible for such services as architecture, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as roofing and building exteriors. His responsibilities also include reviewing building designs, technical specifications, building code requirements, contract and construction documents. Steve has been involved with a variety of Building Design and Construction projects including airport facilities, commercial buildings, correctional facilities, educational facilities, municipal facilities, federal buildings, industrial buildings and structures, libraries, medical facilities, wastewater treatment facilities and water treatment facilities. Steve also serves as President of Windsor Manor Assisted Living Communities. |

Bill serves as Municipal Business Unit Leader for Howard R. Green Company. He is responsible for assessing client needs and assigning appropriate staff and company resources to meet their requirements. Bill’s responsibilities also include project scheduling and management, construction management, and design review of civil projects. He has been involved in the civil engineering design of utilities, roadways, airports and site improvement projects. Bill has extensive experience in the municipal market having provided public works and city engineering consulting services to communities across the Midwest for more than 25 years. |

David L. Raby, P.E.

Dave leads Howard R. Green Company’s Water Business Unit. He has more than 30 years of experience including planning, designing and constructing projects in water treatment; wastewater conveyance and reclamation; and wastewater residuals management. Dave has been responsible for completing municipal wastewater conveyance and treatment plant facility plans and designs, municipal reuse projects, potable water treatment facility designs, and industrial treatment and contaminant cleanup projects. He has been involved with projects located in ten states and five Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regions. |

Rick leads the Transportation Business Unit for Howard R. Green Company. His duties include project staffing, growth and development of company-wide transportation services, improvement of project delivery models, and most importantly, client satisfaction. He also serves as Area Manager for Howard R. Green Company's St. Louis, Missouri office. Rick has more than 30 years of experience, including bridge, highway and aviation engineering, transit planning and engineering, and site development work. |

Ed has been with Howard R. Green Company since 2002 and is responsible for all Human Resource functions for Howard R. Green Company, including staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and the development and implementation of Howard R. Green Company’s employee training program. He is also responsible for managing and directing strategic pursuits of the Marketing Department.
